Fancy Frog Fiesta (Fairy Fiesta - Frogs)

My contribution to the latest Touhou Fanzine by dotzines; Fairy Fiesta - Frogs.

A fancy party featuring plenty of well-dressed frogs, and their ultimate vengeance; Cirno frozen in an ice sculpture (one of her favourite past times in the series is freezing frogs, so now they've got her back for it!)
